The position is responsible for a wide variety of inventory related activities to ensure the accountability and overall flow of inventory into and out of the warehouse facility; Track product shipping errors, ensure inventory counts are accurate, conduct audits, review accuracy of documents related to inventory.**Job Description:**

* Daily research of Company product shipping errors for individual bottle pulls and full cases

* Utilize the Companys technological tools to verify accuracy of inventory shipped

* Provide regular pro-active updates so management is well informed and updated regarding all open issues with inventory

* Adjust records when there are discrepancies between actual product and records

* Counting all types of products for the warehouse to ensure inventory records are accurate

* Identify and propose solutions for inventory issues and resolutions, such as out-of-stock inventory, damages, and discrepancies

* Prepare various inventory related reports

* Perform other duties as assigned by Management

**Job Requirements:**

* High School degree or equivalent required

* Prefer 1-3 years of inventory control experience

* Previous experience with warehouse management systems is highly preferred

* Proficient in Microsoft Office products especially Word, Excel and Outlook

* Knowledgeable of AS400 is a plus

* Strong math skills

* Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs repeatedly

* Good verbal/written communication skills

* Experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, cherry picker, etc.) preferred

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Attention to detail and highly organized is required

* Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handle multiple tasks at once

* Must have flexibility with schedule to work earlier or later based on business needs

Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
