Automotive Painter

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday day shift

Automotive painting experience is required. Great hours, great benefits, earned PTO.

This position will paint base coat, clear coat for our custom trucks and vans.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Finish vehicles following the OEM manufacture specifications and guidelines
• Painting vans, trucks and aftermarket components.
• Will be responsible for removing all previous paint coats and layers using appropriate chemicals and solvents, preparing surfaces for new paint and mixing paint to match manufacturer's color specifications.
• Able to produce and maintain high quality work and standards
• Able to work on various makes/models with willingness to learn more about the automotive industry and changing vehicle technologies
• Ability to work on heavy duty equipment such as fleet vehicles, medium-duty trucks, heavy duty trucks, vans, trailers and campers/motorcoaches

• Attention to detail with the ability to produce high quality work
• 3 years verifiable experience working in the automotive painting industry
• Ability to focus on quality and efficiency
• Valid driver’s license and ability the ability to drive company and customer vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Experience:

• Auto painting: 2 years (Required)
• Automotive: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
