Thriving allergy and asthma practice in Henrico County is looking to add an experienced Patient Service Representative to its dynamic team. Responsibilities include greeting and checking patients in promptly and professionally, verifying information and demographics, updating insurance information, scheduling appointments, answering phones as needed, and coordinating with nurses. Must maintain strict patient confidentiality.

Qualified candidates will be patient service oriented, organized, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Should have strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work well in a team environment.

At least 1 year experience working in a front desk medical practice setting required. High school diploma or equivalent needed. Hours are Fulltime, 7:10-4:10, M-F. Competitive pay and excellent benefits offered.
