• Training Excellence: Lead training sessions on equipment setup and operations, distribute materials, offer feedback, and ensure comprehensive understanding among associates.
• Task Management: Prioritize work assignments, collaborate with various teams, and ensure tasks align with deadlines and expectations while addressing improvement opportunities.
• Safety & Compliance: Identify and address safety concerns, ensuring procedural compliance and maintaining equipment functionality and supply organization.
• Associate Engagement: Foster a culture of learning, provide cross-training opportunities, and encourage teamwork among facility associates.

• Relevant Experience: One year in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution, OR 6 months as a Walmart Supply Chain associate, OR an Associate’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Preferred Leadership: Experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment is highly valued.
• Bilingual Advantage: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

• Competitive Compensation: Starting at $23.50/hour, with incremental increases at 90, 180, 360, 540 days, and $1/hour at 900 days.
