We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and provide assistance with their shopping needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to customers
- Assist with inventory management by restocking merchandise as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations at the front end of the store

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in cash handling and retail sales is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers in a friendly manner
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions
- Knowledge of retail math concepts such as calculating discounts, taxes, and change
- Familiarity with electronics sales or technology products is a plus
- Proficiency in operating a cash register or POS system
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
