ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
· Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery and systems.
· Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
· Maintain and secure work tools.
· Clean and maintain work area.
· Turn off and lock equipment when needed.
· Provide on the job training to new maintenance employees.
· Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
· Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
· Install, test, repair and troubleshoot various pneumatic and CNC controls.
· Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on CNC machinery
· Perform installations, repairs, and Preventative Maintenance
· Responsible for cleanliness of his/her own work area and the general housekeeping of the Company.
· Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
· At least three years of repair/maintenance experience within a large manufacturing environment supporting heavy machinery and equipment
· Must have troubleshooting skills
· Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawing and electrical schematics.
· Dedication to complete duties so production staff can meet delivery requirements
· Computer skills and basic math
