We've opened up WAGS Boutique were Our real estate customers/clients are donating their gently used furniture so that we can resale them with the proceeds going to benefit the SPCA of East TX on one side of the shoppe & on the other side we're selling high end boutique merchandise. We're looking for a Part-Time Boutique sales clerk with the same vision in mind to carry out our goals & community service !

Summary:

Responsible for managing the sales, taking photos and posting to all social media platforms, operations, asset protection, and human resources function of the boutique to assure a great customer experience and optimum profitability. This employee will motivate and inspire the team to achieve productivity and sales goals.
Duties:

Open/ Close the store, Be able to balance the register at closing, Manage volunteer schedules to make sure you have enough coverage, Order/Price/ Add inventory into the system, Market merchandise & new arrivals! Stage the store, schedule pick up & deliveries. **Must be able to do light lifting**

Education and Training Requirements
The minimum requirement to be hired is a high school diploma, 3 years of experience in retail management with experience in customer service.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Must be Honest, hard working, self-motivated & driven, dependable, disciplined, and efficient. He/she should also possess excellent written and oral communication, good leadership skills, effective merchandising and strong organization skills; multi-tasking abilities, and knowledgeable in the products being sold. Our candidate should also be able to motivate people; have good eye for aesthetics; and be proficient with the use of computers and software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook, Clover POS system!

**All applicants must be able to pass a background check & drug screen**

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
