This role involves working across our four local offices in Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Hampton, with occasional travel to our five remote offices. No prior experience in ophthalmology is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain valuable clinical exposure and interact with local health professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of patient charts
  • Conduct vision and intraocular pressure checks
  • Administer eye drops and assist with procedures
  • Aid in training other technicians
  • Perform diagnostic tests and assist in scribing for providers
  • Maintain a positive attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Travel required across local offices
