As a Guest Services associate, you will be part of our back of house department and responsible for providing the highest quality of care to all our four-legged guests! Using a combination state-of the art equipment and Eco-friendly chemicals, you will be responsible for maintaining industry-leading cleaning and sanitizing standards. Additionally, you will ensure all our guests receive meals, medications, exercise, and love!

As a Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service, maintaining open lines of communication between departments and clients, and maintaining medical and behavioral records of all guests using our online database. In addition, you would be managing guest check-ins/check-outs, processing online reservations, and responding to all client inquiries via email, over the phone, or face to face.

In joining our team, you will receive on-the-job, ultramodern training in dog body language, pack behavior, social group management, and safe handling protocols. We offer a friendly, welcoming, work environment and a strong team of dedicated canine lovers! We are requiring reliable individuals that have a positive attitude, good work ethic, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get dirty!

Required Qualifications:

- Must be at least 18 years of age!

-High School Diploma or equivalent

- Must be able to work holidays and weekends (Please do not apply if you are unable to work on holidays).

- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, email, etc)

- Ability to life 50 lbs

- Comfortable handling dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and personality types

- Experience working or volunteering in either kennel, shelter, rescue or veterinary facility is preferred
