Waffles, INCaffeinated, a growing innovative breakfast and lunch restaurant, is seeking a motivated and energetic Assistant General Manager for daylight hours. Must have transportation to travel between our North Huntingdon and Wexford stores. Previous restaurant management experience with a proven record of advancement is required. Eligibility for 401k, medical, dental and vision benefits.

Responsibilities

· Assist the General Manager with daily operations for Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations

· Deliver superior product and maximize customer satisfaction

· Respond efficiently and accurately to customers

· Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

· Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

· Manage operational costs

· Train new employees on proper procedures

· Communicate with senior management on operations status and needs

Skills

· Previous store management experience is preferred

· Proven front and back of house experience required

· Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software, especially Word and Excel

· Leadership, motivational and people skills with excellent attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
