POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of your job is to accurately maintain the community nursing staff schedules. Performs other duties as directed by representatives of the community. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration, Human Resources and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
Education & Qualifications:
  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have STNA certification for this position.
  • Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
  • Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and community staff in the performance of duties.
  • Ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques.
  • Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Experience:
  • Previous experience with scheduling preferred but not required.
  • Nursing Assistant certification within the state in which you work.
CENTRAL SUPPLY
POSITION SUMMARY:
Administer the distribution and inventory of resident care supplies in accordance with facility policies and procedures under the direction of the Administrator and Director of Nursing.
Education and Qualifications:
  • A High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to
accomplish the job.
  • Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families and to work cooperatively with other employees.
  • Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company software.
  • Must meet all local health regulations. This requirement also includes drug screening, criminal background investigation and reference inquiry.
  • Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize,
coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and
productivity.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions.
  • Ability to deal with new tasks without the benefit of written procedures.
