Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product compliance with specifications
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement in product quality
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Note: Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Technician or in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
