The General Manager is accountable for running the store's operations and ensuring its profitability. They will work towards achieving the business goals set by the Principals. In order to accomplish this, they will interact with staff, vendors, law enforcement, owners, and other stakeholders. They will provide leadership and oversight to various departments and work with ownership to monitor the company's progress and growth. Moreover, they are responsible for staying up-to-date with any changes in local and state law regarding cannabis retail and ensuring that all employees comply with the regulations at all times.

Responsibilities

• Review and plan to achieve monthly and quarterly financial goals set by Principal (s)
• Provide leadership to all levels of the organization
• Develop new business strategies to grow the business/increase revenue
• Instill business plan for all employees
• Hire, train, and maintain a capable staff
• Define and implement policies and performance standards
• Create a dispensary schedule and ensure proper staffing at all times
• Process payroll in an accurate and timely manner
• Handle customer queries and complaints
• Oversee product inventory, financial records, and compliance reporting
• Oversee the store's compliance with all applicable local, state/provincial, and federal laws and regulations
• Handle compliance violations
• Oversee incoming and outgoing cash
• Spearhead marketing initiatives to drive dispensary sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
