We are seeking caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs to join our growing company that proudly serves Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, Pasco, and the surrounding areas in Benton and Franklin counties.

As a Home Care Aide with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagements
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, and transferring in and out of bed or chairs
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications & Requirements :

• HCA Certification OR CNA Certification
• A valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance / registration, and reliable transportation
