Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Engineer role located in Grand Forks, ND. The senior engineer will be responsible for leading design and construction projects, developing engineering solutions, managing budgets and schedules, and mentoring junior staff. The senior engineer will also be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their needs and providing quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in engineering design, analysis, and development

• Expertise in project management, including budgeting and scheduling

• Ability to lead design projects and manage junior staff

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients, stakeholders, and team members

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Microstation, and Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

• Experience in engineering consulting or related field

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

• 8 years of experience

• Familiarity with ND DOT design and construction preferred
