Parts Warehouse/Counter Associate Opportunity Summary:

The Parts Warehouse/ Counter Associate is responsible for providing customer service with parts to maintain and repair equipment for the service department to ensure all work scheduled is completed promptly and to the customer's satisfaction. The salary range is determined by experience with base salary and incentive pay up to $56,160 annually.

Job Duties:

• Procures parts per service department and customer requests.
• Ensures parts are recorded accurately on work orders through the service department.
• Maintains parts inventory and ensures the accurate recording of all parts-related paperwork.
• Ability to follow through on special orders to ensure correct parts are available for jobs.
• Maintains the cleanliness and stocking of the parts warehouse.
• Dedication and adherence to all Company and industry safety standards.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Strong working knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and trailer parts.
• Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Forklift experience
