W. Optical, a growing company in the Michigan area, is currently seeking a Market Manager for our Grand Rapids location's.
The qualified candidate will have experience in the optical field (Min. 2 yrs.). This opportunity is available to a driven candidate with strong personal skills and who can demonstrate ability to manage aspects of this fast pace retail setting, such as:
Maximize revenues and control costs. Consistent coaching and training to ensure proper team members development. Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with policies, procedures and standards. Motivate and communicate with store associates to promote service expectations to deliver overall customer satisfaction.
