Responsible for the day-to-day activities related to delivering digital marketing programs that will help independent retailers drive traffic, revenue growth, customer retention, and basket growth. Partner with internal teams to drive the desired promotions and marketing messages to the right target audience in all marketing channels. Work with third-party partners to drive product roadmap, communicate plans and improve retailer customer experience. This individual should have a customer-first mindset to help independent retailers thrive, be responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
