Role Description
This position is 25-30 hours per week, in the evenings Monday through Friday, performing routine site visits in Washington County, Hagerstown MD, for a supervisory support at W.I.L.E.S. Commercial Cleaning, Inc. This role will be responsible for communicating with our Cleaning Techs to understand their needs and concerns, monitoring and coordinating timekeeping so that cleaning schedules are met, assessing, and correcting any site issues or concerns that may be encountered, some responsibility with training of existing Techs and assist our Coaches in supervising new team members, and collaborating with other supervisors and managers to achieve company goals. This role will help keep open communication with clients to understand their needs and concerns to help build goodwill. Training provided and room to grow.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a team building, lead, coaching, or supervisory role
- Strong verbal communication, listening, written, and empathy skills
- Ability to delegate tasks, and ensure timelines are met
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Customer service-oriented
- Love of learning, and sharing it forward
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
