Job Summary
W. Atlee Burpee Company is the industry leader and most trusted brand in home gardening. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Retail Account Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing retailer pricing, sales order creation, maintaining internal price books, and providing shipping and logistics support for order tracking purposes. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a strong understanding of retail operationsLocation: Corporate Office - Warminster, Pa
- Manage retailer pricing/maintenance within each retail account's portal, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Create and manage sales orders, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment.
- Maintain internal price books using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for each of the retail accounts, ensuring pricing integrity and alignment with company policies.
- Provide shipping and logistics support, including order tracking and coordination with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare reports and analysis using Microsoft Excel to track key metrics and performance indicators.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform pricing and sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to retail accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Business Manager in Canada; assisting with processing orders Pos information, setting up items, customer inquiries, and other duties.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and retail partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in Retail or recent graduates in related field
