Job Summary The Safety & Security Associate will c oordinate the safety and security programs to promote and ensure a safe working environment.

Responsibilities Evaluates the effectiveness of safety and security programs and collaborates with management to develop, modify, and implement safety and security policies and procedures.

Be a visible deterrent; stops operations and activities that could harm staff or assets Conducts regular physical patrols of the facility.

declines entry of any individual who refuses to submit to or comply with company protocols Identifies opportunities to minimize workplace injuries, accidents, and health problems.

Monitors and responds to emergency situations in a timely manner; Contacts and communicates with the appropriate authorities Submits recommendations for improvements and additions to the safety and security program including emergency preparedness, accident prevention, facility security, and general safety.

Maintain records and logs; complete daily reports of observations, incidents and surveillance activity Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications : Current AED, CPR and First Aid certification Excellent verbal communication skills Knowledge of company safety policies and applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
