Vyron is looking for a talented Inside Sales associate who is customer service oriented and looking to learn a ton! The current opening is located in our Madison branch location. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in supporting our Inside Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Ordering equipment
• Assembling technical submittals
• Managing post sales activities
• Data entry into our ERP software
• Help assist with order status reports and bid day quotes
• Order entry and revisions using various supplier furnished software
• Assist with assembly and mail detailed submittals and O&M manuals

Requirements

• Unwavering organizational skills and time management
• Strong phone presence
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
