We are looking for an organized individual who has previous experience in management. We are growing the new plant’s capabilities and are seeking an individual eager to take on new challenges and interested in the opportunity for a key role in a growing company. The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of daily production, product quality, inventory, and financial reporting. This person will develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products. This role involves ensuring compliance with product quality standards, optimizing resource allocation, and leading a team of supervisors and operators. The Plant Manager also drives continuous improvement initiatives and maintains a safe working environment.
