Job Description

We are seeking a merchandiser to manage the development & execution of the Men’s Fitness & Lounge Bottoms seasonal assortment.

This individual will be responsible for executing the brand product strategy and helping to establish the Men’s assortment, identifying new growth opportunities across seasonal product categories.

To be effective in this role, the individual must be an experienced merchandiser who is interested in the performance apparel space, passionate about Vuori’s mission and embodies the brand’s values.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Develop comprehensive assortment strategies across ecommerce, stores, wholesale and international channels to deliver against high growth expectations
• Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape and impart key insights into line development
• Build seasonal & annual line plans for the Men’s Fitness & Lounge Bottoms categories
• With support of a Senior Merchandiser, support the broader growth strategy for the Men’s Division
• Partner with merchandise planning team on seasonal investment strategies
• Create and manage all seasonal assortment tools for Men’s Fitness & Lounge Bottoms
• Support the product development, buying and marketing calendar for all channels
• Partner with merchandise planning on in-season product performance and build data-informed action plans based on results
• Uphold brand’s price positioning and manage the pricing strategy for Men’s Fitness & Lounge Bottoms
• Build seasonal product messaging plans in support of the marketing team’s seasonal editorial calendar, providing guidance on seasonal product stories and commercialization plans
• Create seasonal Product Knowledge Guides for the store and ecommerce merchandising teams
• Act as a cross-departmental liaison, creating a consistent flow of communication throughout the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years merchandising experience
• Strong communication & collaboration skills
• Strong eye for trend right product that aligns with the brand aesthetic
• Interest in menswear apparel
• Activewear experience preferred
• Ability to travel domestically
• Experience using Excel, Adobe Illustrator and PLM is a plus

Additional Information

Pay Range : $90,000-$105,000 / yr
