We are proud to be an outlet for opportunity and for personal growth and success.Job DescriptionVuori is looking for a Director of Analytics to join our Retail team to help drive strategy and decisions for site selection, operations, store performance, and customer analytics. The Director will be responsible for analysis that will inform Vuori’s Retail expansion and reinvestment strategy, including site specific revenue and cannibalization forecasts. They will work closely with the retail and e-commerce teams and collaboratively across departments to achieve business goals and define best practices. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analytic Responsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders and technology peers to identify opportunities where data can be used to create business value. As business analytic product owner co-create a product roadmap that’s reviewed and agreed with business leaders and reflects the analytic capabilities that tie to strategic goals of the business. Drive planning across the business, product, and analytic teams to commitments for the analytic product. Build a strong and transparent working relationship with the business and technology teams on communication, prioritization and ROI measurement against stated milestones and goals. Provide regular feedback, coaching and mentorship to team members. Identify opportunities to expand roles with training and unique challenging initiatives to provide exposure and increased skillset. Collaborate with business and analytic tech teams to incorporate outcomes into business rollout, adoption and actualization of business benefits Insight & Analytics Responsibilities: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for self-service and management/operational reporting via industry leading technology and best practices. Introduce, execute and support innovative & proactive analytical techniques and technologies enabling business analytic capabilities and driving ROI. Prototype and build analytic and visualization tools using self service analytic tools Collaborate with a team of employees and consultants to deliver best in class analytic solutions as part of business analytic capability driven product team. Qualifications5 years of product management experience in defining business analytic capabilities, breaking them down into actionable components and work cross functionally to deliver value Strong analytical, mathematical and logical thinking Experience identifying use cases opportunities for Data Science & Advanced Analytics, building POC's to prove out value and justify investment Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with and effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated ability to engage and manage through influence across a large international organization, preferably in retail space Additional InformationPay Range: $158,000 - $185,000Benefits:Health InsurancePaid Time OffEmployee Discount401(k)All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
