Job Description

We are seeking an Events and Wholesale Marketing Coordinator to support the activation of marketing events across the local and national level. Being in Great Relationships is one of Vuori’s guiding principles. This role will help create authentic brand experiences in real life to build emotional connections with our consumers. As a member of the events marketing team, this role will also be responsible for maintaining event materials, traveling to events, and on-site activations. In addition to event support, this role has the unique opportunity to support our wholesale business with grassroots events and asset distribution. The ideal candidate will be organized, work well in a dynamic environment, enjoy being outside, and have a positive can-do attitude. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Create visual checklists for event materials. 
• Complete detailed event recaps with ROI and KPI’s. 
• Organize and plan authentic brand experiences inclusive of: 
• Creating elevated consumer brand experiences with strategic brand set-ups. 
• Keeping event materials organized and ready for launch. 
• Responsible for event set up and breakdown. 
• Transporting event materials to activation sites and back home. 
• Track warehouse promotion materials and POP inventory. 
• Distribute POP and promotion materials upon request. 
• Support wholesale accounts with grassroots events and asset distribution. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience. 
• 1-3 years in Retail Sales or Apparel Industry sales and marketing. 
• Has a proactive approach and takes initiative. 
• Solution minded and forward thinking. 
• Ability to travel 25% of the year. 
• Can lift up to 50lbs.

Pay Range: $25-$27/hr
