Description

Outside Sales Representative (OSR) - Cannabis Industry Independent Contractor Position - Full-Time (1099) - Commission Bonuses, paid bi-weekly.

Position Summary:

As a Vuber Technologies Outside Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will revolve around finding new clients in Missouri. You will drive to cannabis dispensaries and look for owners/buyers who are needing ancillary products for cannabis (510 batteries, dabbers, cartridges, and accessories). This is a hardware product sales position only. Follow-up through email, phone calls, and texting will also be required. Vuber Technologies is looking for someone experienced, positive, self-motivated, results-driven, and client-focused individuals to join its ever-expanding sales team in cannabis, one of the nation's fastest-growing industries. This will include, but not be limited to; the development of new sales relationships by visiting cannabis dispensaries in person, optimal customer and client service while displaying a high level of integrity befitting an ambassador to our brand, and producing a minimum monthly sales target. You must travel and drive to cannabis dispensaries throughout Missouri. The OSR is expected to visit 5-15 dispensaries per day depending on drive time and talk time. This position should also expect to average 25 calls and 25 emails per day, as well as document all steps of communication in our CRM, HubSpot.

Required Needs:

  • Experience Required: Cannabis and/or Sales Experience of 1 years.

- Education Required: High School diploma. An associate degree or bachelor's degree is a plus. - Experience working in cannabis is a plus.

- Experience with a CRM, especially HubSpot, is a plus. - Strong communication skills on the phone, in emails, and in person.

  • High degree of detail orientation and a proven track record of working within strict compliance requirements.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
  • Must travel and drive to cannabis dispensaries throughout the region of application.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Monthly Team and Company Meetings via Microsoft Teams.
  • Employee Pay: Independent Contractor Position

- Full-Time or Part-time (1099) - Commission Bonuses, paid bi-weekly.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Included but not limited to):

  • Documents sales communication utilizing HubSpot CRM
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite
  • Holds self-accountable for all sales goals
  • Resolves client issues in partnership with management
  • A friendly, team-oriented, and "can-do" attitude
  • Phone calls, emails, text messaging, social media, and social networking to prospective clients.
  • Fosters client relationships to support business initiatives & mutual growth
  • Complies with company policies
  • Always embodies integrity, person-ability & professionalism
  • Required to maintain knowledge of product lines as well as competitor's product lines
  • Accountable for all monetary handling (checks, credit cards, wire transfers, etc.)
  • Participates in industry shows and vendor days at retail stores as needed
