Position Details–:
Guaranteed hours (per week): 40
Shift: Days
Start Date: ASAP
Contract length: 13 weeks
Pay (per week): $56 to $60
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their residences
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on proper home healthcare strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate patient medical records

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- BLS
- Minimum 1 year of experience
Candidates experience with home health rn, home health nurse, rn home health, home health are eligible to apply.
Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract
Pay: $56.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
