Job Title: RN Clinic Ambulatory
Job Location: Chicago, IL
Shift Timings: 8s , 10s 12 hrs. of schedule
Pay Range: $57.50 to $66.63 an Hour (including Stipend)

Duties:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols
• Conduct patient assessments and triage as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and update medical records accurately
• Utilize electronic health record systems like Epic for documentation

Requirement:

• Care Coordination
• Resources will float to city shelters/hotels throughout Chicagoland area locations will vary.
• Resource will work 8, 10 and 12-hour shifts which will vary during the week.
• RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive.
• No RTO the day prior or after a holiday.
• No RTO on weekends.
• RN license
• BLS

Candidate with experience as registered nurse, nurse, rn, nurse rn, clinic nurse, clinic rn, clinic registered nurse, clinical nurse, rn clinic, cook county hospital are eligible to appl for this position.
