Your Role

The Records Auditors are responsible to the Supervisor Technical Library & Records for all operations of the aircraft auditing procedure. This includes all functions relating to identifying and resolving documentation errors on all aircraft documents.

Requirements

• Audit aircraft maintenance records, including: aircraft maintenance logs (AML’S), airworthiness directive (AD) work cards, routine maintenance work cards, non-routine and special work orders, and engineering authorization (EA) work orders for completeness.
• Ensure that all required maintenance and quality control signatures, stamps and dates are present in proper form and legibility.
• When required, verify licensing of personnel who sign-off maintenance tasks.
• When required, verify special training requirements of Quality Control Inspectors “Buying-Back” specific maintenance tasks.
• Verify presence of all required associated documentation such as test procedures, parts tags and assembly repair records.
• Document discrepancies in maintenance records and returns them to the proper organization for correction or clarification.
• Perform any work that may be assigned by his/her supervisor.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: High school graduate; or equivalent in training, education

and/or experience.

EXPERIENCE:2-3 years in related field
