Job Description

VRS is looking for a Director of Supply Chain to join our team. The Supply Chain Director will be responsible for the development and implementation of supply chain plans and procedures to ensure quality control and timely delivery of products. This position will work closely with the Manufacturing and Operations teams to ensure that all requirements are met and processes are optimized. This position offers a substantial year end bonus that can exceed $50K.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain supply chain plans, specifications, and procedures for production processes
• Analyze production data to identify supply chain issues or gaps
• Develop process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established standards
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and up-to-date
• Troubleshoot problems by reviewing production data, identifying root causes, developing solutions, and following through with follow-up actions
• Maintain records of all supply chain activities; create reports on issues or problems; submit reports to management or senior management
• Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with established standards
• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
