VRium Park is located at Eastern Shore Center, Spanish Fort Alabama. We are looking for someone with experience as a Operations Manager.This is Robotics & VR Amusement Park is a Theme Park is like nothing you have been to before. It is the first and most unique Family Entertaining Family Center of Alabama. This state of the art facility has entertainment value for all ages and is a great place to host birthday parties. This business was created with the idea of combining technology, science, robotics, entertainment, and culture to create fun and immersive experiences. There are lots of choices to have fun. Dynamic extreme experience is a project combining entertainment and Education. It creates an extremely realistic and fantastic space paradise for players.The Operations Manager at VRium Park has many responsibilities. The key initiative at VRium Park is to ensure that every guest who enters is wowed by our experience, design, and customer service. We work hard to make sure that every guest that walks in the door leaves with a smile on their faces and has an anxious desire to come back. The Operations Manager is focused on making that happen. We also hold an emphasis on safety and maintaining operations and programs to keep all guests of VRium Park safe. The Operations Manager oversees all of VRium Park operations and has to make sure that the store is profitable and operating up to standards. Operations Manager with track records of safety and sales growth will be prioritized. This position requires a fit and motivated person who loves to make customers satisfied and happy.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Leadership with a great attitude.
Sales experience including up-selling.
Hiring and supervisory experience of a staff of at least 10 full time/part time employees and experience supervising high school students.
Understanding of excellent customer service and the ability to appropriately resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer within reason.
Understanding or willing to learn marketing and how to best market to parents and caregivers of young children.
Understanding and handling weekly social media postings.

OPERATINS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee operation of all parties, special group events, corporate events at VRium Park.
Oversee parties and party guests. Must be responsible for safety and satisfaction of all guests. He/she will be responsible for taking care of complaints and responding google and social media comments.
Handle all Customer Service concerns and solicit feedback from Party Hosts by talking to hosts during their party experience.
Interview, Hire, Train and Oversee all VRium Park Staff, Shift Managers, Park Employees, and Brand Ambassadors.
Enforce disciplinary actions as necessary.
Schedule Weekly Staff Shift Assignments, Staff Meeting and maintain the scheduling system
Keep track of all Inventory and have the owners order new items as needed.
Check all equipment to make sure that it is in working condition, including the VR/AR/MR machines, Papper Robot, VRium Cafe, Bathroom supplies.
Book VRium Park birthday parties and special events, school trips, corporate events..etc.
Train Staff to have excellent Customer Service skills on the phones and at the front desk at all times.
Handle all staff concerns and scheduling requests.
Open and close facility as needed.
Ensure proper cash management which includes the accurate handling of receipts, deposits, refunds, monitoring money from kiosks, vending machines, ensuring accurate deposits, getting money for the cash drawers as needed. The Operations Manager will also ensure that the staff handles those items accurately as well.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
