Job Summary:
We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their pets. Your main responsibilities will include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Collect and update client information in the electronic medical records system
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed
- Provide basic pet care instructions to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Process payments for services rendered
- Assist with inventory management of office supplies

Skills:
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
- procedures and medical collection techniques
- Familiarity with animal care, including dog handling and animal catheterization
- Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical records software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
