Starting wage of $20.00- $24.00 per hour DOE plus shift differential is $2/hour for Graveyard Shift

Graveyard Shift - Hours:

• Sunday - Thursday from 10:30 pm - 7:00 am

In this role, you would be responsible for the following:

• Inspect product for dimensional and cosmetic tolerances to meet part specifications, ensuring the highest quality is maintained during the molding process; inspect and pack parts per procedures. 
• Comply with all safety procedures and policies established.
• Consistently complies with all approved injection mold and assembly procedures. 
• Scrapping contaminated materials per accounting and quality system requirements 
• Follow all processes, policies, and procedures to account for materials, finished goods and quality system requirements.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent 
• Ability to communicate effectively. 
• Must have the ability to read, analyze and interpret work instructions. 
• Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude; always working in the best interest of Cascadia Custom Molding. 
• Work with minimal supervision to complete tasks as well as working as an active team member. 
• Ability to identify opportunities, drive, support and sustain continuous improvement activities. 
• Ability to multi-task in a complex and changing environment, while staying focused on the job at hand. 

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to sit; stand; walk; lift; reach with hands and arms; and climb or balance. 
• Frequently required to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and climb or balance. 
• Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. 
• Noise level is usually moderate to loud. 
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. 
• Lift, push, pull up to 50 LBS 
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screening to include marijuana usage.
