Position Responsibilities
Supervision and Leadership:
· Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of compression operators and technicians.
· Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
Production Planning and Scheduling:
· Develop production schedules and ensure timely execution of compression activities to meet production targets.
· Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
Equipment Maintenance and Calibration:
· Oversee the maintenance and calibration of compression equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Quality Assurance:
· Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
· Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Documentation and Reporting:
· Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and quality control measures.
· Prepare reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
· Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the compression department.
· Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
