We are looking for someone who has experience or wants to learn some things that will make them a valuable asset in the green industry. Pay and benefits will depend on experience, efficiency, attention to detail, skill sets, ability to interact with customers, and length of employment. Candidate must be able to drive a truck and a trailer or learn how. Employees must have a drivers license and driving record that is clean enough that it does not require a sr22 insurance, or have a recent dwi, etc. If you can't show up everyday and you're unreliable, or lazy, or use illegal substances, please do not apply. Candidate must be able to work outside in hot humid Missouri weather. Looking for motivated team players. The ideal candidate will learn to assist or lead in various service areas including; landscape maintenance, mulch jobs, mowing, weed control and lawn fertilization, landscape projects, drainage, fencing, retaining walls, tree work operations, and snow removal. The Job will provide training and training material for obtaining your Commerical Applicators Liscence. Chemicals and mixing of chemicals is often needed in many areas of turf and landscape maintenance. Voss Land & Tree will cover the cost of obtaining and maintaining your liscence with the department of agriculture as well as any other certificaitons or training opportunities that become available depending on your skill set.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
