Red Bull Brand Development Manager (Trainer and Assistant to the Division Sales Manager) .

The Brand Development Manager (BDM) is the sales support position for the North Liberty Division. The BDM will be responsible for the entire division’s sales growth while supporting the division’s main initiatives. This includes training and assisting the sales team to hit yearly, quarterly and monthly goals of the company. The BDM will focus on weekly sales calls with the top initiative opportunity accounts of the Division each week. Working with the Regional Manager and Division Sales Managers to create a target list to focus on the most important accounts to improve objectives on a weekly basis.

Additional responsibilities will consist of ensuring the reps are growing their sales skills using our internal methods to a sales call on a consistent basis to help drive execution of the initiatives of the company. This position will also be required to fill in for a sales representative and run a route when needed.

The job requires strong “People Orientation” emphasis versus a task orientation. The job will comfortably deal with multiple interruptions on a continual basis that requires you to always maintain a friendly interface with others. The job demands a positive and constructive view of working with others. There will be a high percentage of time spent in listening to, understanding and successfully working with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds to achieve "win-win" outcomes. The job calls for a high level of optimism and a "can do" orientation. It will require multiple talents and a willingness to adapt them to changing assignments as required.

Areas of focus but not limited to:

• Route coverage
• Delivering Growth (minimum 1 overnight per week based off business needs)
• Training and Coaching (when training, may be required to do overnights up to 3 days per week)

Crucial Job Experience:

• Must have successful experience in coaching
• Proven use of a sales system
• Proven ability to effectively prepare for a sales call
• Presented to small chain store buyers
• Know how to get to decision makes
• Flexibility
• Detail-Oriented
• People Skills/Customer Service (overarching)
• Safe driving
• Basic tech skills (desktop, smart device, handheld)
• Problem solving and good math skills

Requirements

Position Requirements:

• A clean driving records

**No more than 2 events (accidents or tickets) each year for the past 3 years

**No driving while intoxicated charges during the last 5 years

• Must pass drug test
• Excellent physical and mental health
• The ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis is required
• 3 years of Route Delivery (Preferred)
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• Beverage industry experience (Preferred)
