We have an immediate need for Servers in the Atlanta, GA area.

In this Server position, you will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Server Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
• Attend to customers upon their entrance to property.
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages.
• Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products.
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers, bar staff, and culinary staff.
• Proactively manage complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Qualifications Include:

• 21 years of age or older
• At least 3 years of experience in high-volume restaurants
• Positive attitude and engaging demeanor
• Excellent punctuality and attendance
• Team player
• Ability to multi-task
• Commitment to 100% guest satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills

The Vortex is Atlanta’s premier bar and burger joint. We grill up the best damn burgers in town, offer a huge selection of beer, spirits and specialty cocktails, and serve some ridiculously indulgent bar food.
