Description :
Looking for a Restaurant Manager with at least 1 to 3 years experience managing restaurants for a new Restaurant in Chapel Hill.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the team to ensure guests are having quality experience with food and service.
- Hire full time and part time team members.
- Manage team in cost effective manner.
- Lead the day-to-day operational tasks.
- Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
- Train new team members.
- Manage Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.
- Seek new catering opportunities at local offices businesses and hospitals.
- Plan marketing strategies and implement them.
- Coach team to provide good customer service.
- Ability to post social media posts showcasing specials or deals.
- Serve Safe certified.
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of restaurant experience.
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
