Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maintain motor coaches for transportation purposes
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers during trips
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures
- Communicate effectively with passengers, addressing any questions or concerns
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the motor coach
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the motor coach interior
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage, if necessary

Qualifications:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement
- A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in motor coaches or bus driving, with passengers on board
- Excellent driving record with no major violations
- Strong communication skills to interact with passengers and team members
- Ability to handle various weather conditions and road situations safely
- Mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with paratransit services is a plus
