VoMac Truck Sales & Service, one of the top-rated Volvo/Mack dealerships in the country is looking for day shift parts counter to join our team. This position is based out of our Evansville, IN location with a schedule of 8:30am - 5:00pm. Wages depend on experience, starting at $20.00 and up.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist walk-in customers in ordering parts, selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, offer specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
• Pull purchased parts from stock.
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Assist outside sales representatives with their orders.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, and pick-up.
• Ordering accessories for parts.
• Any other tasks deemed necessary by Management.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Employees will be at times, working offsite traveling via company vehicle to and from customer locations. Employees are expected to adhere to company policies regarding the expectations and use of company vehicles as defined in the VoMac handbook. Employees are expected to be in compliance regarding all State and Federal Laws while operating vehicles for business purposes. The employees are subject to external weather conditions while presenting, demonstrating, appraising, negotiating and keeping the inventory maintained. This position will require, at different times and frequencies, sitting, standing, walking, lifting and bending.
