Your mission and responsibility?
Within Verification, Testing and Materials Technology France department (VTMT), you will be the manager of the Materials Technology Laboratory.
Your mission is to develop our core expertise domains (Plastics, Rubbers & Adhesives, Metallurgy, Metrology) to support materials selection, process identification and post process analysis.
You are a key player into the technology transition towards decarbonation of our transport solutions.
Your ambition is to lead a high performing team of diverse profiles, recognized for their expertise and value creation to deliver our products and develop the future ones.
You are leading the Materials Technology community of practices with the other teams in the world.
You are exploring Materials offers worldwide and you are capturing opportunities of partnership to support world class material strategy for our product needs, focused on sustainability and innovation.
You promote a mutual support mindset with other teams of VTMT in a willingness to resolve issues and constantly develop way of working by capturing opportunities for continuous improvement in the operations and implement necessary changes.
You will lead an experienced team of around 15 people eager to develop new competences required for our new technologies.
You will be an essential part of the VTMT leadership team, contributing to define the vision and mission for our big one team Verification, Testing and Materials Technology.
You are working proactively with all VTMT groups to share the expertise, to the benefit of VTMT department, and you promote a collaborative culture in all circumstances.

  • Master's degree in Materials Chemistry or equivalent
  • Experience managing a team of people with diverse fields of expertise
  • Proven leadership experience within chemical industry and/or automotive industry
  • Strong collaborative and supportive mindset
