Responsibilities would include:

• Balancing daily deposit
• Contacting receivable customers for past due payments
• Coding and posting payable invoices
• Cutting weekly and monthly batch checks
• Reconciling statements monthly
• Deals and Contracts
• AR / AP
• Contracts in Transits
• Lender Communications

*Payroll / HR experience is preferred but not required*

Must have high attention to detail and be a motivated worker.

Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Must pass pre-employment testing including background check and drug test
