Job Type: Full-time M-F 08:00am to 05:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Cash Handling: Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash, and provide excellent customer service at our dealership's cash register.
• Documentation: Organize and maintain dealership files, ensuring proper scanning, filing of documents, invoices, and records.
• Customer Interaction: Assist customers with payment-related inquiries, providing friendly and professional service.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Adherence to Policies: Follow dealership policies and procedures related to cash handling and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Cashier/File Clerk, with a preference for candidates with automotive industry experience.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accurate records.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer applications and office equipment.
