Day-to-Day

• Processes gifts, pledges and other donations on a timely basis and ensures accuracy of information.
• Produces timely acknowledgement letters and tax receipts, generate pledge reminders and invoices.
• Produces queries, reports, wealth screening, and lists needed by Development staff for mailings, events, Executive Team and Board reporting, as well as moves management.
• Works with the finance department to reconcile donations and ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Creates and produces regular and ad-hoc reports for development and finance departments, identifies discrepancies and streamlines data management.
• Works with VOA TX and VOA National to create and implement up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures for gift entry and reporting and ensures all entries conform to these procedures.
• Produces mailing lists from Raiser’s Edge database for mailings such as invitations, newsletters, e-blasts, and direct mail pieces.
• Develops, runs, and reviews timely donor reporting audits to ensure accurate gift entry and acknowledgment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or minimum three years of experience in Raiser’s Edge, preferably as an administrator in a nonprofit fundraising environment.

• Valid Texas Drivers’ License, clear MVR and ability to be insured
