Job Overview:
Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Office Administrator. Some of the various duties include, greeting guests, making appointments, maintaining schedules, answering the customer telephone inquiries, assists our employee clients with claims by completing paperwork and data entry. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Bilingual (Profecient in both English and Spanish oral and written communication)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint
- Customer Service oriented/Call Center - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Great at Multitasking
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and payments
- Perform data entry tasks to update client information in the CRM system
- Good attention to detail and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving skills and time management skills are needed
- High energy environment and must be able to work a flexible schedule based upon our client's enrollment needs. Schedules can change between 8-5, 7-4, 9-6 or 10-7 depending on clients request for a small period of time.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) with a high school diploma or equivalent required;
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in data entry tasks
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Ability to work flexible hours
Dependability and maintenance of good attendance is a requirement of this job.
