Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Field Ops team part-time as a Production Associate. As a vital support role to our Production Technician, the Production Associate plays a crucial part in the hardware shipping, preparation and assembly process, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to safety protocols.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in Hardware Preparation: Perform minor assembly tasks, including pre-drilling enclosures and mounting hardware to panels, to facilitate the final assembly conducted by the Production Technician.
• Package and Ship Hardware: Responsible for the careful packaging and shipping of hardware to clients, ensuring that all items are securely packed and labeled according to established procedures.
• Maintain Organized Work Areas: Uphold the highest standards of organization and cleanliness in workspaces, contributing to an efficient and well-maintained production environment.
• Process Recyclable Items: Handle the proper disposal and recycling of materials, adhering to environmentally responsible practices.
• Inventory Management Support: Assist in stocking inventory, tracking usage, and maintaining accurate records to ensure optimal inventory levels for efficient production.

• Safely lift and move up to 50lbs using proper ergonomics
• Use pallet jack and common hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Must have reliable transportation to Georgetown, TX

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with 1-2 years of relevant work experience, or Associates Degree relative to the position.
• Strong attention to detail for written procedures
• Ability to learn and grow quickly
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
• Effectively communicate via email, Slack and over the phone
