Marketing Associate

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Design Marketing Associate to join our marketing team and support our efforts to promote our solar energy solutions and services. The Graphic Design Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing visually compelling marketing materials, including digital and print assets, to enhance our brand visibility and engage with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, infographics, presentations, advertisements, social media graphics, and website content.

Create visually appealing and on-brand designs that effectively communicate key messages, features, and benefits of our solar energy solutions to our target audience.

Develop and maintain graphic design templates, style guides, and brand standards to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all marketing materials and channels.

Translate complex technical concepts and data into visually engaging and easy-to-understand graphics, illustrations, and diagrams.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to gather input, feedback, and requirements for design projects.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, marketing, and solar energy to inform design decisions and strategies.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.

Conduct quality assurance checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand guidelines and specifications.

Assist with other marketing-related tasks and projects as needed, including photography, video editing, content creation, and event support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency, corporate marketing department, or similar environment.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software/tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including print collateral, digital assets, branding materials, and presentations.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Knowledge of marketing principles, branding strategies, and digital marketing trends is a plus.

Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and the solar industry is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,893.00 - $55,183.00 per year
