Job Description
Qualifications:
- Oversees the daily activities required to process current production jobs. (Production Operation / CI Manager is an alternative and takes Production Supervisor place in his / her absence).
- Reviews the daily production schedule
- Coordinates workflow to ensure optimal use of resources with the lowest labor cost.
- Supervises the employees to meet acceptable efficiency and production standards.
- Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training, development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.
- Daily schedule is 1pm-9pm
Requirements:
- 3 years of food production experience.
- Bilingual preferred
