Volt is immediately hiring Production Wiring Associates for a global manufacturing company on the west side of El Paso, TX.
As a Production Associate you will :
- Performs wiring assembly operation of one job (from pre-arranged kit)
- Assemble moderately to complex electro-mechanical products
- Assemble custom switchboard cabinetry - medium to large sized parts
- Read complex prints and schematics
- Utilizes a variety of hand tools, air tools, and measuring equipment to complete job
This is a full time opportunity.
1st Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
2nd Shift : 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM
The ideal candidate will have :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years previous Assembly experience
- Experience reading prints and schematics
- Ability to work independently
- Expertise with basic hand tools, air tools, gages and torque wrenches required
- Good hand eye coordination and excellent natural or corrected vision
- Understanding of electrical principles and UL Requirements is highly desired
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work Overtime is required
Pay Rate : $15.00 to $16.25 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
